Evaluation project of 3 disease resistant outdoor tomato varieties

3 stable varieties of tomatoes have been selected by dehybridisation of the Crimson Crush F1 tomato. This is not a breeding project but an evaluation project because the 3 strains are stable. I would like to give seeds to many different people to be tested outdoors. These tomatoes were bred to grow outdoors in the wind and the rain. Best would be participants grow one strain each in their respective gardens to be sure to keep the three lines pure.

1) Shanne - medium sized tomatoes, most prolific.
2) Christophe - large tomato, heavy,sturdy support needed. Gives a lot, too.
3)Phil - large flesh tomato with rather few seeds, my selection.

All i would like in return is feedback on how they perform for you.

How many volunteers do you need?

What will you ask volunteers to do?
Grow one (or all three; small risk of crossing) of the three dehybridized outdoor tomato varieties that grow true to type from seed outdoors in your garden staking them well and evaluating their performance. 10 plants per garden outdoors are quite sufficient. A large space is not needed. Stake well, grow well, don't feed or fertilize. The culture should succeed well in normal garden soil without feeding ( to be verified) Seeds will be sent for free. I would like them to be tested in coastal Oregon because i was told that some places in Oregon are the closest to irish climate in the usa. The goal is to evaluate growing these 3 strains outdoors in the wind and the rain and then ,if OSSI agrees, releasing them under OSSI pledge.
Other requirements of volunteers?
If deemed worthy of saving the seeds volunteers are encouraged to pass the seeds on freely, or to sell them.
Is this a multi-year project?

Can volunteers expect to be able to keep some germplasm (seeds, bulbs, cuttings, spores, etc) at the close of the project?

I must explicitly thank Alan Kapuler whose knowledge and concept of dehybridisation came to me through the fantastic book of Carol Deppe " breed your own vegetable varieties."
I merely followed and did what
Alan and Carol suggested and sowed the seeds of crimson crush F1. The first year 3 out of 15 seedlings resisted mildew. 20%. Second year over 60% were resistant. Third year nearly all. I then or before gave seeds to two good grower friends and Shanne and Christophe selected according to their own criteria. This year no disease was practically touching them and they are still ripening fruit outside now on the 26th of september.

I must add that all 3 selections grew so well here this year with practically no mildew. Just my own by bad companion planting of dozens of Adzuki beans between and under the tomatoes smothered my plants are were perfect climbing support for rodents snails and slugs so i lost most fruit but they didn't get sick. We here in Brittany never saw or grew outdoor tomatoes like that here before, EXCEPT the original crimson crushF1 that is a Monster and doesn't get any mildew but the taste is not great. Our 3 dehybridised types all taste much better.

Harvested Yesterday i didn't have the foresight i could now so use and need those seeds because that was the last decent sized red one on a good plant from mine so now I have to wait to let some more ripen.
You i just ate it Yesterday. It was very nice. The not so nice looking spot underneath is due to my mistake of sowing hundreds of adzuki beans in the same bed. I think that effected that fruit but i had a few red completely. Disease résistance is great. Companionwise grown badly by mistake association with adzuki who half smothered the plants. Rodents climbing up ate all the lower fruit. My selection for much flesh few seeds. Good taste!

So this is great. It's just that I have no seeds but all 3 types are still ripening tomatoes outdoors now on the 27th of septembre. So i must go and collect seeds. I already did but I labelled them badly.
